2: Mass exodus from commercial property
After attracting huge amounts of money, UK commercial property funds are now haemorrhaging cash as concerns grow over whether the market is past its peak.
UK property funds endured an outflow of £324m in the first quarter of 2007 but in the following three months redemptions almost doubled to a massive £641m, according figures published today by the Association of Real Estate Funds.
